St. Johann in Tyrol

St. Johann in Tirol (670 meters) occupies a beautiful location in Leukental, a pristine valley that stretches from Jochberg to near the Bavarian border. With 8,500 inhabitants and 4,500 guest beds, St. Johann is a major business and tourism center in the region.
In the winter St. Johann's 17 mountain lifts provide access to 60 kilometers of superb slopes which are located on the snowy northern side of the Kitzbüheler Horn. Don't ski or snowboard? No worries! St. Johann provides plenty of fun things to keep you busy, like cross-country skiiing (St. Johann is the venue of Austria's largest citizens' cross-country ski race), winter hiking, tobogganing, ice skating and much more.
